In other news, I think that I am going to write a few things about the manuscript that I am working on. There is such a range of emotion with how I feel towards the writing and how I think of it. I have a lot of work to do and want to fill you all in on some of it!

So most of you have known by now that I have been on the hunt for some shitty animal shirts. I went to all of the shitty stores that I could find in my area. This turned into an obsession. I could not find a good shirt for the life of me. I was left with going to the zoo or looking on the Internet. I found an awesome wolf shirt on Amazon and was surprised with the amount of comments. Turns out I had remembered reading those comments last year. There are about 150 or so and most of them are amazing stories about how this shirt brought magical powers to whomever wore it! I have heard that it was the Internet group 4chan that got together and did this! Take a look and enjoy some good laughs!

Staring At A Ghost Across A Table Set For Two...There's A Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On

This is one of the most famous photos taken at Bachleor's Grove Cemetery in Midlothian, Illinois (143rd Ridgeland). Taken by the Ghost Research Society (GRS). "This photograph appeared in both the Chicago Sun-Times and the National Examiner. It was taken during an investigation in Batchelor's Grove Cemetery on August 10, 1991 with a group of GRS members. The picture is an enlarged black and white infrared shot taken of an area where many of the group noticed something unusual with some of the equipment they used. It shows a young woman sitting on a tombstone with parts of her lower and upper body being somewhat semi-transparent. The dress she is wearing is also out-of-date. It was taken by member, Jude Huff-Felz."

I have been there more than a few times! Each trip brought something different for all of my friends. Myself and a few other guys went when we were in high school. You have to park about a mile or two away because we went at night and there is no parking any closer than that. What people do not know is that the whole mile walk along the Turnpike is haunted as well. The one time we were walking there was a man taking out his garbage, an older man. He kept insisting that we go into his house but he would never tell us why? There are several reports of ghost cars and people on that street.

The walk into and out of the actual cemetery is the hardest part. It is a very thin path that has trees all around. It takes a while to walk that path...You always feel like things are watching you, and some have seen glowing eyes as they are walking in. The one time we were leaving on the path; we were all holding hands and my friend turned around and asked why I was standing at the gate of the cemetery looking around and then he called out to me...I was still holding his hand at this point.

The cemetery itself is not that large and it is all fenced in. I have had friends that have seen orbs, including myself in a large clearing. I had a friend that heard a voice in a dark corner that we all refused to walk near. One time we saw two high school kids walking around in the cemetery...They came up to us and asked us where we were from. They told us they went to a high school near by that we have never heard of. They left about one minute before we did and we never saw them on the long path or on the mile walk back? My friends camera (that was working fine before entering) did not work as we walked into the cemetery...It worked fine after we left. I have seen lights floating in the woods looking out from the cemetery. That goes along with the myth about a ghost house that disappears as you walk near it. They say you can see the front porch light in the woods. We found a house foundation and a few wells in the woods. In the back of the cemetery there is a super creepy swamp that just gives everyone an odd feeling.

There are other myths that include something coming out of the swamp...If you turn around while you walk in or out something is supposed to follow you home...The stories are endless and interesting! The bad thing is that you can never go there near a full moon or Halloween because of all of the freaks aaaaand cops. There are even cops there on normal nights. I was there during the day with my family once, but I would love to go again and shoot some photos if any of you would be interested.

Brown Vs. Faber II

Urijah Faber (The California Kid) is part of the WEC (World Extreme Cagefighting). He is 22-2 and is ranked right behind Brown because of his loss to him last year. He held the Featherweight Belt for two and a half years and is looking for it back. Faber is known for his boxing skills, Muay Thai Fighting, and jumping right into a fight.

Mike Thomas Brown (MTB) fought Faber last year and took his Featherweight Belt in a knock out. Brown is 21-4 and ranked #1 Featherweight Fighter by MMA Weekly and Sherdog. Also he is ranked #10 pound-for-pound fighter in the world by Yahoo!Sports. He is an extremely focused fighter usually going on through what ever pain he may be in.

This fight is going to be something else! It is going to be Sunday night on Versus at 8 P.M. Central Time!

Prediction:
If one or the other does not knock out their opponent in the first round than it will go all five! I think Faber is going to take it!!!

Ghost Adventures

Ghost Adventures premiered last year on the Travel Channel. These three guys do look like bros, but really know what they are doing. They started this show because of an event that happened in one of their pasts. They are funny, they use real equipment, and you can even see the things that they pick up! What they do is get locked into a haunted place all night long with no one else except them and they research paranormal activity. Finally, the second season is going to start this Friday night at 8 P.M. Central Time! Now I know that this kind of thing is based on believing what they are doing. I am sure there are ways to make ghosts look real...Out of all of the shows out there I find truth in what these three are doing. I do believe in this kind of paranormal activity and I feel that there is truth to it. I went to Bachelors Grove (the most haunted place in Illinois '143rd Ridgeland Midlothian Illinois') with my friends and we had things happen to us (I will discuss in another post). If you have nothing going on please check this show out!!!
